Shipping policy

1. Delivery Zones

Products offered on the site www.keepmagshop.com are delivered exclusively within the European Union.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

The processing time is estimated between 1 and 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

A shipping confirmation will be systematically sent to the customer by email once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated between 7 and 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

These times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Origin of Shipments

Products may be shipped from various warehouses located within or outside the European Union, depending on supplier availability.

An order may be delivered in one or several parcels dispatched and delivered on different dates.

5. Shipping Fees

Delivery is free for all orders delivered within the European Union.

6. Carriers and Order Tracking

Deliveries are handled by carriers selected by our logistics partners.

A tracking number may be provided to the customer when available.

7. Delivery Delays

The delivery times indicated are estimates and provided for informational purposes only. In the event of a significant delay exceeding 30 business days from the date of dispatch, the customer may contact our customer service at contact@keepmagshop.com. If the order is not delivered within this period, a full refund will be issued. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs services, or force majeure events.

8. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

In the event of a non-received parcel, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days following the estimated delivery date.

9. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. In the event of an error resulting in a failed delivery, re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

10. Receipt of Orders

The customer is advised to inspect the condition of the parcel upon receipt, to make reservations with the carrier if necessary, and to contact customer service as soon as possible in the event of any anomaly.
